- Be a key connector between clients, agents, and the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through coaching and training.
- Support the Agency in achieving overall sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- A positive, coachable attitude and eagerness to learn — experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Willingness to pursue Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licensing if not already licensed.
- Commitment to obtaining Life and Health insurance licenses within 90 days of hire.
- Existing insurance licenses (P&C, Life, Health).
- Previous sales or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with insurance software, social media and sales management tools.
