We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and street-smart Life Insurance Sales Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a key role in helping clients secure their financial futures while enjoying the benefits of a stable office position. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a proven track record in sales, and the drive to achieve high earnings through a combination of base pay and commission. Additionally, this role offers the opportunity to grow into financial planning services, with the potential to become licensed or assist the agent in a broader financial advisory capacity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique insurance needs and providing honest, personalized solutions.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
- Stay up to date on life insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and provide informed recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop innovative sales strategies and improve processes.

- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of successful life insurance sales experience.
