Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

We are expanding and looking for a talented, growth focused individual with insurance experience to join the team. As a State Farm team member with Kelly Paster's State Farm Agency, your primary responsibility will be inside sales. My Agency is located in Paoli, Pa and the in-office position is Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and educating new customers, reviewing existing customer needs and working along with the Agent to grow the business. Our Agency is focused on needs-based conversations with current and future customers and we have an extensive portfolio of insurance and financial products available. The right candidate will be self-driven, outgoing and have 1-3 years' experience in the insurance industry. 

Responsibilities

  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Self-motivated
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
